First thing is first, I know that PokerView is not a 3D Poker site. They are part of the Merge Poker Network. I am doing a review on PokerView because there aren’t any 3D Poker rooms that accept players from the US (and since the majority of my visitors are from the USA).

It might seem weird since I still have 5Dimes on this website even though they no longer use 3D Poker software. 5Dimes also accepts American poker players, but they are now part of the Winning Poker Network (formerly Yahtahay).

In any event, I would like to tell you about a poker site that I just started to play at called PokerView. This is listed as one of the easiest poker sites to play at.

Easy Poker Sites

How can I tell that a poker site is “easy”? This is a good question. There are obviously different answers for different types of poker players. There are a couple of key factors, however:

1) Size of website/Number of players/Stakes – This is going to be the key. Pros are going to gravitate to where the most players are playing because this is where the largest number of inexperienced players are going to be. This can either be good or bad depending on what type of player you are and what type of stakes that you are wagering.

Most of the poker players that are trying to make a living off the game will tend to avoid lower stakes games. But, you have to be aware that a lot of people play hyper-aggressively at the Free and very low limit poker games. You want to find a happy medium and that tends to be around $10 – $20 tournaments and $1/$2 to $2/$4 ring games.

Some poker rooms will be kind of sparsely populated. I’m thinking of the websites that offer more than just poker; sites that focus their attention on Sports betting or casino games. These sites tend to have some inexperienced players that are more comfortable betting on sports or playing blackjack, etc.

2) Ease of playing poker at multiple tables – Some sites don’t offer the best software like you might think of PokerStars and many other sites. That might make it difficult to play at 4 tables at the same time. It might not be convenient to poker professionals, but that is exactly the point.

People who try to make a living off of online poker will not be able to play just 1 or 2 tables at a time. Most pros will have at least 4 windows open and I’ve even known some people to have up to 8 games going on simultaneously.

If you like to concentrate on one game at a time, it’s easier to beat like-minded people who are only playing 1 game at a time. When I’ve tried 4 poker tables at the same time, you end up having to make split-second decisions often because each game is competing for your attention.

PokerView

PokerView has everything that you would normally want at a poker room. A variety of poker games: Texas Hold’em, 7 Card Stud, Omaha and Omaha Hi/Lo. All of these games can be played with Fixed, Pot and No Limit.

PokerView also has special Webcam poker rooms where you can actually see the other online players. I wouldn’t personally play with a webcam, but everyone has their own opinion.

You can also receive a special bonus when you make your first deposit at the casino: get up to $750 when you make a deposit of up to $500. That is a 150% bonus (minimum deposit $30) that can be earned by playing at PokerView’s ring table and tournaments.

The bonus is earned in 20 stages. If you deposited $500, you will receive $30 each time you complete another stage. For every 10 poker points you get, you will earn $1 of bonus. That means you will need to earn 3,000 points before you receive your first bonus.

If you play more often, you can opt out of the bonus and contact PokerView to receive 35% rakeback daily. This is obviously intended for people who average at very least 20 hours of poker per week.
